13. NOTES AND WHAT TO CHECK

Two library calendars could not be read. Both are blocked or out of date at the source. Phone numbers are given in section 6 instead. This is a standing gap, not a quiet week.
One commercial weather source was not used. It returned a forecast for the wrong part of the country when asked for one of these towns, so only the national weather service is used here, and days it has not issued are marked "not issued yet".
Four items were verified and then cut to keep this email under its length limit: a craft fair 70 minutes away, two tribute bands, and a second winery tasting.
One listing elsewhere advertised a festival for this weekend using a notice from a previous year. It was checked against the organizer's own page and left out.
